What You Need to Know About Immunizing Your Child

• Childhood Immunization Schedule for ages 0-6 years -- Timely immunizations are vital to protect your children from deadly childhood diseases.
• Childhood Immunization Schedule for ages 7-18 years
• Childhood Catch-Up Immunization Schedule for ages 4 months - 18 years
• HPV Vaccine Information for Young Girls -- In most cases, BlueChoice HealthPlan will cover the HPV vaccine (a series of three shots) at 100 percent for girls ages 9 through 26 after regular office visit copayments.
