MyChoice Individual Health Coverage

New - Family coverage available June 1!

Effective June 1, BlueChoice HealthPlan will offer family coverage through MyChoice Individual Health Coverage. MyChoice also offers coverage to South Carolina residents ages 19 through 64 and a half with several benefit plans from which to choose. For your clients interested in family coverage, please have them fill out this application. For those interested in individual coverage, they can apply online. Learn more about our online sales tool, AppTrac, with these quick tips. Our online application will be available for family coverage soon.
