Do you have a question about your own personal claims, eligibility or benefits? Do you need information about or want to enroll in our Great Expectations®† for health programs?

Log in to My Insurance Manager. (If it's your first time, you'll have to create a simple profile first.) You'll be able to look up your coverage information, choose a primary care physician, order a new ID card and more.

My Insurance Manager also features an "Ask Customer Service" area. Use this feature to ask about our Great Expectations programs or other coverage questions. You'll be able to send us your question safely without risking your confidential information. This is the best way to get answers to your benefits questions.
