Always seek care from your primary care physician first, unless it's an emergency. While we encourage you to maintain a long relationship with your doctor, we realize it sometimes may be necessary to make a change. You may update primary care physician changes by using our Web site 24 hours a day. It's safe and secure! Members just log into My Insurance Manager. Your change usually becomes effective the first of the following month. If you have difficulty updating your changes, please log in to My Insurance Manager and e-mail Customer Service.
