- Breast Health -- Early detection for breast cancer starts with you. It's as easy as 1-2-3.
- All women should perform a monthly breast self-exam. You'll find animated instructions on how to do this exam easily and accurately here.
- All women should receive yearly clinical breast exams from their physicians.
- Women age 40 and older should have a mammogram every 1-2 years. Just get a referral from your personal physician and receive your mammogram at a network mammography facility.
- Cervical Health -- Cervical cancer is one of the most common female cancers. It's also one of the most treatable, when detected early! All women age 18 and older should have a yearly Pap smear for early detection of cervical cancer.
- Colorectal Health -- All women should have colorectal cancer screenings after age 50, sometimes earlier if you have risk factors. Talk to your doctor about which screening is best for you. Learn more about colon and rectal cancer.
