What We Cover

• BlueChoice HealthPlan Prescription Drug List  -- The BlueChoice HealthPlan Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, made up of doctors and pharmacists, developed our prescription drug list. We use this list as the basis for our prescription drug benefit. View the key changes for 2010. On behalf of BlueChoice HealthPlan, Caremark assists in the administration of this program. Caremark is an independent company that administers drug benefits. 
• Injectable/Infusion and Specialty Drugs -- Learn how we cover these medications so you can help your patients get the most from their coverage. On behalf of BlueChoice HealthPlan, ICORE Healthcare assists in the administration of this program. ICORE Healthcare is an independent company that provides specialty pharmaceutical services.
