• HPV Vaccine Information for Young Girls: In most cases, BlueChoice HealthPlan will cover the HPV vaccine (a series of three shots) at 100 percent for girls ages 9 through 26 after regular office visit copayments. To see if your plan covers this vaccine, please refer to your schedule of benefits.
