The Great Expectations®† Children's Health program helps parents put their children on track for healthy futures. From the time a child is born and all through the growing years, parents will enjoy educational materials about important health issues. They'll also get timely reminders for their children's checkups and immunizations. And it's absolutely free for BlueChoice HealthPlan members!

We automatically enroll all children in this program. Learn more about children's health here. You'll find the recommended guidelines for health care, and links to great Web sites with other helpful tips to keep kids growing strong.
