Great Expectations®† Migraine is a program to help members who suffer from severe, recurrent headaches. The program emphasizes the importance of having a personal physician to guide your headache management. This doctor can help you identify the best medications and dosing to control your headache pain and improve your quality of life.
It's also important for people who suffer from headaches to try to identify things that might trigger them. One way to do this is by keeping a headache diary. If you suffer from headaches but aren't sure they're migraines, take the Headache Impact Test. Another helpful Web site for migraine information is the American Council for Headache Education.
