Companion Life is a separate life insurance company that does not provide BlueChoice HealthPlan products or services. Companion Life is solely responsible. 

 Companion Life has specialized in employee benefits for more than 25 years. Companion Life sells group and voluntary products through a network of independent agents and brokers, general agents and managing general underwriters. It also sells its products through partnerships with Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans, including BlueChoice HealthPlan. Its products include life, dental, disability and accidental death and dismemberment programs.
