No Paper Claims Filing to BlueChoice HealthPlan

To further promote claims processing via electronic submission formats, BlueChoice HealthPlan is no longer accepting hard copy (paper) claims. We already send some providers a letter giving notice about this effort.

We may consider a paper claim only if specific conditions are met. BlueChoice® Operations will review those instances where a provider waiver is requested for processing a paper claim.
