To download the FOCUSfwd app and link your account:

  1. Log in to My Health Toolkit® on your mobile device.
  2. Select FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program under Benefits.
  3. Select the Learn More button.
  4. Select the Link FOCUSfwd Account button.
  5. You will automatically be directed to the App Store or Google Play.
  6. Download the FOCUSfwd app.
  7. Open the app. You’re connected!
