The FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program is designed to help your clients lead a healthier lifestyle. Members who complete health-related activities and challenges earn up to $300 in rewards and increase their chances of winning one of the $1,000 quarterly and $5,000 annual cash rewards in our Sweepstakes!

Note: If your clients were previously registered for FOCUSfwd, they must re-register for the new 2026 program starting January 1, 2026. See below for details on how they can get started.

FOCUS Points

Members can earn a $150 reward and Sweepstakes entries by completing these essential health activities:
Personal Health Assessment
Annual Wellness Exam
Preventive Screening or Flu Vaccine

GET FIT

Members can start stepping to earn rewards with the GET FIT quarterly step challenge. With a new challenge every three months, it's never been easier to get started. They’ll earn $25 in rewards and Sweepstakes entries for each challenge you complete, for a total of $100 in rewards.

Members earn Sweepstakes entries as they increase their status level in FOCUS<em>fwd</em>, increasing their chances to win one of the $1,000 quarterly and $5,000 annual cash rewards. They even earn 25 Sweepstakes entries by simply signing up for FOCUS<em>fwd</em>!

  • Personal Health Goals and Tracking

    New in 2026 is the ability for participants to set and monitor personal health goals within the program platform. Whether focusing on weight loss, nutrition, mental well-being, increased physical activity, or other health priorities, users can now tailor their experience to reflect their unique aspirations. Progress tracking tools and tailored recommendations will further support sustained engagement and success.

  • Language Accessibility

    Recognizing the rich diversity of its participant base, the FOCUSfwd program is now accessible in more than ten major languages, including: English, Spanish, and French. This expansion ensures that more members can interact with the program in their preferred language, breaking down barriers and promoting inclusivity.

  • Personalized Wellness Experience

    The 2026 program introduces a truly personalized approach, leveraging user input to craft a unique wellness journey. From tailored goal suggestions to individualized communications and reminders, participants will benefit from an experience that adapts to their needs, history, and progress. This approach is designed to empower each individual, making wellness more attainable and meaningful.

  • Enter their email address to be eligible

Get the FOCUSfwd App

Members can stay connected to their health and rewards with the FOCUSfwd app. To get started, they'll need to access FOCUSfwd from their mobile device. Then follow the prompts to download the app and link their account.
