The FOCUSfwd Wellness Incentive Program is designed to help you lead a healthier lifestyle. Complete health-related activities and challenges earn up to $300 in rewards and increase your chances of winning one of the $1,000 quarterly and $5,000 annual cash rewards in our Sweepstakes!

GET FIT

Start stepping to earn rewards with the GET FIT quarterly step challenge. With a new challenge every three months, it's never been easier to get started. You'll earn $25 in rewards and Sweepstakes entries for each challenge you complete, for a total of $100 in rewards.

You'll earn Sweepstakes entries as you increase your status level in FOCUS<em>fwd</em>, increasing your chances to win one of the $1,000 quarterly and $5,000 annual cash rewards. You even earn 25 Sweepstakes entries by simply signing up for FOCUS<em>fwd</em>!

    New in 2026 is the ability for participants to set and monitor personal health goals within the program platform. Whether focusing on weight loss, nutrition, mental well-being, increased physical activity, or other health priorities, users can now tailor their experience to reflect their unique aspirations. Progress tracking tools and tailored recommendations will further support sustained engagement and success.

  • Language Accessibility

    Recognizing the rich diversity of its participant base, the FOCUSfwd program is now accessible in more than ten major languages, including: English, Spanish, and French. This expansion ensures that more members can interact with the program in their preferred language, breaking down barriers and promoting inclusivity.

  • Personalized Wellness Experience

    The 2026 program introduces a truly personalized approach, leveraging user input to craft a unique wellness journey. From tailored goal suggestions to individualized communications and reminders, participants will benefit from an experience that adapts to their needs, history, and progress. This approach is designed to empower each individual, making wellness more attainable and meaningful.

  • Log in to My Health Toolkit®.
  • Desktop and tablet users: Select the Health and Wellness tab. Mobile users: Select Benefits.
  • Select the FOCUSfwd Incentive Program link.
  • Enter your email address to be eligible.
